Ride the Titanic!

Theme park ride designer Mike Sullivan has worked on some of the world’s most iconic theme park attractions, but he’s always dreamed of designing a one-of-a-kind ride based on the sinking of the RMS Titanic. Out of work, and faced with being trapped in a cubicle designing air conditioning systems for a construction company for the rest of his life, Mike’s wife Gina gives him an ultimatum: take a six-month sabbatical from “real” work to find the funding for the ride, or else get a real job and give up the Titanic forever.
With the help of a ragtag group of retired theme park designers, including his feisty Sicilian father-in-law, Mike builds a model of the ride and goes in search of funding. Aided by an unexpected angel investor, Mike and his team struggle against the odds—both mechanical and human—of constructing a replica of the RMS Titanic as a combination amusement park ride and hotel-casino. And just as the Titanic “sinks” on her maiden voyage, forces intent on sabotage threaten to do it for real!
